This is...okay. You messed up in a few places though. First off, the rose-colored highlights on the skin are out of place. Change them to a darker shade of the tan skintone. Second, the blue 'sash' goes from his shoulder to his belt, not across his chest like you've done. Thirdly, none of your edits share the same light source as the base. And, finally, the glove on his right hand covers the whole hand, not just the top, and you didn't edit the white out of the back of the uniform.
