Aight Black Ermac, since you asked me to rate your fake, here's my rating:
It's really nothing more than Scorpion flying towards Ermac with some fancy colored effects added. And that's a strange BG, too. You took that floor piece from the Subway stage, right? You can still see the tracks, that shouldn't be.
Well, I don't mean to be an ass, but this fake doesn't deserve anything better than 3/10 IMHO.
