I took some advice from the others and just made the MKII poses instead of trying to get the MKDA poses from MKII sprites.
EDIT : Updated animation taking advice and slowing it down a bit by putting a bit of time between the two actions.

This one isnt your best,but mainly because the speed,it happens too fast,it would look better if you had it be slower.
