Christ, give him some credit. It's pretty rough, it kinda looks like you just copy and pasted the parts together. But with some tweaking, you could make it look pretty damn nice.

True True. If you made Chameleons skin a different tone ( a little bit darker) it would be great. also make the straps that go over his shoulders different colors.

It can easily be downloaded... And if you don't have Photoshop or any other good editing program, then don't even try in Paint, making good characters in paint is one hell of a job.

Bah, all you kids today are spoiled. Paint can be great if you know what you're doing. Not everyone is impressed by these newfangled, flashy photoshop effects.

I know I'm not the only one here who uses Paint, and I feel I have to defend my program of choice, not only for my sake, but for the honor of everyone who is actually good with Paint.

That's untrue. I'm just honest. If you actually made something good, I would be nicer.

As for what art program you use, it doesn't matter. Paint is excellent. I've made decent sprites (Better than this) in Paint, and they look better than some Photoshopped ones.
