I like the concept. Chameleon's sprite looks pretty cool.
The only thing I say needs a fixing are the effects. It'd be more pleasing to the eye.

I can see you used a shot of the death animation for shao khan from mk3 ending as the green effect basis. You should have at least removed Khan's arms.

I like this. The effects are very cool and I really like the Chameleon sprite. Try to get rid of Kahn's arms, but you get a 5/5 from me.

Chameleon is my favorite ninja so nice sprite. 5/5

Bleh... I really despise the palette swap ninja look, and I'd much rather see Chameleon as a versatile Zaterran with powers of his own (or at least Reptile-esque), rather than a mish-mash of other ideas.

If you're going to do a crappy 5-minute sprite-job at least take another 5 mins to make your own background.
