I've been a fan of this guy's work for years after stumbling on his Samurai Scorpion picture out of random. I'm a sucker for detail, which is heavily shown in every picture here. He's drawing every character from Mortal Kombat, including those from the adventure games.
I thought I might share this to you guys to see what you like. The only character I didn't really like that he created is Ashrah, mainly because he completely changed her.
Thoughts?

It's a bit crazy that this guy's still around, first time I saw his work was around MK4 or Deadly Alliance.
I think we had a thread for his stuff like a year or two ago, too. The general consensus, if I recall, is that there was a lot of respect for his talent, but sometimes all the detail is so overwhelming you can't really tell what's going on anymore, like where certain bodyparts even are.
It's a bit like looking at a Michael Bay Transformer.

Interesting new take on the characters. Although, am I the only one who thinks the women look just a tad too, masculine?

Oh the women look like Bane all bulging out on venom, for sure. I wasn't going to say anything about it because his grasp on muscles/anatomy is iffy all around, but you can barely tell on the dudes because he covers them in so many blocky robot parts while the chicks show more skin.

Nah, you're not the only one. The faces look too masculine and way too muscular. Then again, he kinda captured the fact that the women in this game don't look all that feminine anyways so it's not that much of a bothersome to me. Haha.

I've seen MK characters drawn in this art style many years ago, and it just doesn't do it for me. The characters are so bulky and overly designed that they are difficult for me to look at.
