ok we all know that raiden is protector of Earth and that fujin is a god along with the side games intro of fire and water god. Outworld had Shao Khan who was outworlds version of Raiden. Now with the intro of Chaos and Order realm there is a hole to be filled. Also the Netherrealm and Edenia have never really had a protector/God declared. So this is my senario. YOUR ON THE MIDWAY DESIGN TEAM YOU HAVE BEEN TASKED TO CREATE PROTECTORS/GODS WHO PROTECT THE REALMS OF CHAO,ORDER,EDENIA AND THE NETHERREALM. Post your concepts and pics if you have any. have fun.smilesmilesmile

Shao Kahn isn't a god, let alone a protector or anything.

Dunno about the others, but as for the Netherrealm, I don't really think it has any gods really. I guess if it did it's be stuff like God Of Pain etc

MKD said there was a God of Chaos (he's the one responsible for unleashing the Tempest in the Chaos realm, which is what causes it to be so chaotic in the first place).

They also said there was Kochal, a three-headed God who transports the Oni-Demons to other realms, whenever a sorcerer from those realms has need of one.

Therefore, I'd like to fill in the obvious gap and create a God of Order.

(Interestingly enough, the MK comics by Malibu already have their own God of Chaos and God of Order. They are two brothers named Abacus and Zaggot.)

Does Lucifer count as the god of the Netherrealm? Shinnok is mentioned as defeating him to gain control of the Netherrealm...Shinnok is a god, does that make him god of the Netherrealm?

Well, if the other realms are like Earth, there's not just one God, but multiple Gods for each realm.

We can imagine that shao Kahn was the god of earth (or rockgod) when Onaga was the real emperor of Outworld, and now Onaga is return want to take one again is place as a god

For Edenia, Why not a Goddess of Water (Uga-Jin in Japonese's mythology like fujin and Rayden....) , it would be could to have a women as a god :)

And for another real, Seido or CHaos the god of Fire (Kagusuchi in Japonese's myhology)
