Horrible. But to your credit, I don't think I've ever seen a horrible fake that was put so much work into.

The idea is good, and like Zentile said you've put a lot of effort in it. The mix of red and green blur along with the blood just makes it look too messy. Like a gory murder scene involving space-age goo. I'm glad to see you edited the sprite to make her look like a younger, different Sindel, but in all honesty it looks too much like Tanya (Yellow is her signature colour, don't forget).
The background could use something a little extra too. It just doesn't have much going for it, even the dark sky is bland.

I didn't notice the blood on Kahn at first, but when i did I thought ti was a very subtle and nice touch!

EDIT: Good call about the lifebars, there is simply too much action going on and frankly you don't need them when you've got so much focus on the sprites. I like to think of lifebars as something you use when you want to make it look like a credible scene from an imagined MK game. They don't really serve a purpose when you're trying to tell a story, whcih is what you're doing here.
EDIT: Sorry but looking at it again I think that gash on Sindel's leg is overdone. the wound itself it great, but the way her blood/flesh just hangs down in a long straight line doesn't look good. Either try making it look like its dripping down along her leg or just leave it as an open wound without too much sweet lovely gore coming out.

I don't like the backround. It's too plain; just darkness. You maybe could put some star's or something in there to make it not plain.

So an awesome, overall pretty good fake actually gets a 2,5 out of 5? Which is to say, 5/10? As in, just one level above bad? Jesus Christ this just goes to prove that you have to be quite selective in who's ratings you pay attention too.

Anyway guy (whoever made the fake), you have a great attitude. I'm sure you'll get bettre, it doesn't seem like you lack ability, just maybe the propre creativity to put things togethre. This fake is just a huge mess. Try making something simplre.
