Looks alright, but I am not into the palet swap version of him. It looks very simple, but that is why I like it.

Well, I really don't like the design. One problem that stands out for me is the neck: there really should be black cloth covering it like on the head. Also, I don't like the hair sticking out under the hood. Other than that, the design strikes me as bland and uninspired.

Technically, you did a good job with the 3d textures; the muscles and face are contoured very well. However, the line work works against that, and particularly around the hands, the contrast between the thick, black exterior outline of the hands and the contoured separation between the fingers really sticks out like a sore thumb.
