By the way Kamionero, it's not that I am avoid shadows, its that every time I attempt to draw them, they end up ruining the fake. Once I get shadows down to where I feel comfortable I'll be adding them into my pictures.

Ya notice Reptile's lifebar is a little uneven in the 2nd pic?? Besides the minor snafu, very well done.

Getting better. Some of the blood still looks bland and too blurry (especially on the ground). I recommend not blurring/smudging it into the ground, it makes it look awful.

Aside from that, the only things you need to worry about are your dynamics and your inner body accurateness (Cage's innards look way too cartoony for what I believe you're trying to accomplish).

This progress is nice, but you still have a ways to go.

Oh, by the way, let's see what you can do with actual editing of the sprites [into other characters/designs].

I like it, the blood spraying looks very nice and the acid inside his body was done well. The blood that is around his mouth and running down his neck also looks good. I think that the rib cage could use some improvement but other than that, it looks decent. 4/5

I have to agree with you on that. I remember how hard that can be getting the sprites perfect and duplicating frames to get it perfect.

Same, because my style is so detailed, replicating designs and keeping consistency in an animation for me is nearly impossible.

It would be a feat of John Mechner-esque proportions.

Anyway just the second or third frame would have made a pretty decent fakes by themselves. The ribs are really good.
