It might have been me. I did Ermac doing a jump kick to Raiden in the courtyard which kicked his head off.

I didn't do the Ermac doing the spine rip in the Warrior shrine though.

Ah. I really did think it was real when I first looked at it Mr. Elusive. But, having seen Ermac myself (my arcade had one the first machines produced and I played it alot) I could tell it wasn't real. If you guys don't believe me...I don't mind..I just know I did.

wow, zentile got it pretty nailed down there, as for the fake, i dont see anything fantastic about it, wrong statues, different background, screwed up names, sub-zero coulsnt throw a ice balst in that stance, the only real cool thing about it is the shadow punch of johnny cage, and thats about it, and also, you and mr_elusive sure do cover each other's asses, are making the same type of fakes at the same period of time, acting like each other, ensulting each other, i am starting to think you have two computers and thats why you can fool people with the ip, manipulater, though like i said, the only things i like about this fake is the sahdow punch and the way it is made like a tv, besides that i dont like it

All your criticisms of the picture show you misunderstood it at a fundamental level. I will hoever attempt to explain what is in it.

The statues aren't messed up. All I did was delete Goro.

The idea behind the picture is to make it seem like a photo of an early version of MK1, hence the writing I put under it. The clues for this are:

Alternate names. Johnny Cage was originally called Michael Grimm or it was one possible name for that character. Same goes for Sub Zero being called Tundra.

I used Liu Kang's fire ball and Sub's side punch to make it look as if they hand't yet put the correct frames into the game and were just using stand in frames to get a test version running.

Johnny Cage punch is there to signify that they had either had a move they didn't run with eventually, or they had shadows on him all the time testing the shadow system.

No Goro because they hadn't built the model yet or hadn't filmed him.

Alternate Warrior Shrine, again just and early version.

No shadows. Hadn't put them in yet.

You see, I think about what I do. There is a reason for everything in all my pictures.

You did the TV effect already, we get the idea.
It's like using the same edited sprite all over again. Without the screen effect the pic is complete crap. With the screen effect the pic is crap under cover. 2/10
