Definately reminds me of the movie.

So:

Well, as it's a movie thingy, no need for lifebars, fair enough.
- Yes, you are right, the Reptile edit is a little off par with the Kang one, which is pretty decent.
- Try skewing the shadows less, and make it match the light source, i.e. the fire thingy in the background (i.e. the shadows would be coming towards us).

Good things:
+ Loving the background, ncie props and as usual, you managed to turn CHARACTERS into props, lol.
+ All put together nicely.
+ Reminded me of the movie.

Oh, I also wanted to say, whoever finds Kung Lao hidden in this pic wins a lollypop.

Yeah, the BG is fantastic. The only real issue is the lighting problem that has already been mentioned... and perhaps the way the back wall switches textures around the prop, but other than those things, it's great. Very reminding of the movie BG, not that I've seen in lately.. but that's beside the point. Even if it wasn't based from the movie, its still a nice background. Liu Kang sprite is pretty good, no obvious flaws I can see. Reptile.. well, you know. Using a solid color as you did will do that.

About the submission problem, I believe your image was too large. Its about 581KB, and I believe the limit is 350KB.

Looks like a leg is coming out of the left side of the prop to the left of the battle sequence. Thats the only thing I've been able to find as of yet.

oh yeah, that's Liu Kang's leg, I forgot to mention it.

Ok, then that must be part of Kung Lao on the RIGHT side of that same prop... or then again... maybe not.

Horrible sprite editing. =( Damn. You've done way better than this before man.

I only like the window, the rest of the background doesn't really "fit" with the MK backgrounds.

Anyway, the background does indeed look nice and it does remind me of the place in that part of the movie. The actual sprites themselves aren't that bad and I didn't really mind them. Other than that, I give this pic a 9 out of 10.

ok hmm the background is magical it really looks like it very accurate and 5/5 on that, but the reptile edit job isnt as great is still average 2.5/5 on that, but i think that background makes this one of ur best maybe ur best

I don't like the sprite editing it looks to plain and it looks like 1 single color. Blacksaibot is right u done better.

The sprite editing is pretty horrible. So is the background. It's boring and the texture is repetitive. Shading is inconsistent on the "rocks" or whatever they are. The fact that Liu Kang doesn't have a shadow is odd, as well. I'd give it a 1 out of 10, just because I've never seen anything like it before.

Quite fucking bashing other peoples work, if you want to criticize some1's work at least say why u think its crappy. Or don't bother replying at all. I already notify a moderator.
