The classic sub-zero sprite and scorpion's skull are both well done. I know that's basically all that you were trying to show off, but as a fake, the chain needs some work, and it needs blood.

I also don't like the background, never have, never will You should try making your own backgrounds for fakes, it's not overly difficult to create something nice, but it adds alot to the fake

It's better than a lot of the stuff here, but still, not perfect. First of all, the editing on Scorpion's head is good, kind of cartoony, but good. You should have also edited his clothing a bit more. It looks like you were going for his MK4/MKA look, but his clothing looks different.

As for Sub-Zero, the hair looks terrible. It looks short and curly, almost. His body isn't edited enough. The background could have used some editing as well.

Noob looks alright.

I usually do make my own bgs. Check out the Temple of Ka-Tra, and my comics at the Kombat Pavillion. This bg was used because it's Hell, where I assume Scorpion, and Noob would finally have a showdown. I didn't want to overuse my Netherrealm lava field.

There is blood. I went with the new, Noob's blood is black, theme. Check Noob's chest, and the puddle around him.


I'm not entirely happy with Subby. I don't like his arms much. The symbols on his outfit are just bs designs I doodled. The sprite is one of his duck kick/sweeping sprites. I changed his left arm.


If you look at Scorp's mask, you'll notice I've edited it as well, to represent his skull type mask. I love how my fire turned out. I know the chain didn't turn out well.It's not how I planned it.


Noob is a new pose like Sub-Zero. I combined 2 of his falling sprites to create the sitting/slouched pose. I love how his arm, and shin guards turned out.

Anyways, thanks for the input. I spent half lastnight working on this. I was fiddling with making fire, and I wanted to show it off asap.

Exceptional job! I like Scorpion's skull, Sub's arms and Noob costume/blood. Though to make this fake better you could have added shadows.
