Much better then before, but still not quite there yet.
As I said before, you need to watch out for the transparent action. It makes ALL white colors see-through, and something it might be a good thing, but for Scorpion's head, nope. As you can see parts of him are tooken off because they are pure white, to stop this you can fill the white in with a different shade of it (one that isn't the pure).
I have seen a little mistake in this fake though: The ice is supposed to be coming out from right in the middle of Subs hands, not from the top, but to make it go towards Scorpion's fire I guess you had to do that. Next time, look more closely towards those types of things.
I like how you made Shang Tsung's 'fire raise' attack as Scorpion's fire. It fits actually, and makes it look decent towards Scorpion. You can just barely see the skull (since it is sideways), which gives it that faint look. Well done to that idea.
Now what I think should've happened, was you should've shown Subbie's ice already intact with Scorpion's fire. That away it would be frozen, as an example of what I am talking of, look below:
Now that you have the basics down (transparents, sprites, etc) I think it is time that you learned how to make your own background, which is VERY easy to do. Go to the Mortal Kombat Warehouse and click under any MK game you want. Then click on the levels, and on the very bottom of the level you chose, the props will be there. Combine the props, to make your own level.
Overall, it is much better then you other fakes. Still room for improvement!

Sorry. Too plain, try some editing. 1/5

Sub-Zero's ice is too high compared to where his arms are, and Scoprion's mouth is aiming downwards, yet the fireball's headed in the right direction. Also, no lifebars, no timer, MK2 background with UMK3 characters, it just doesn't fit together well.
