Hell yes, Fujin!
One of my favorite MK Characters of all time.
This is what I think you should do:

1) Then stead of making his legs all blury as a sign of floating in the air, you should've kept it normal, but make swirls around it. That away it doesn't look so smoggy and disorganized.

2) Once again I think there should be some blood in this. A fake of MK just really isn't right without blood.

3) Who is that? Is that Kai? And why is he falling? I don't get that part, you should have some sort of air whirlwind be sent from Fujin to whoever that is, that away it shows a good reason for him to fall.

4) Even though Fujin is a good character, you should've chosen a different choice.

Good job for Fujin but Jax? I can't really see his face. But I like the idea of his coustume.

I'm really not all that impressed...

The sprites are a bit messed up, especially Jax. Also, I think you should change the wind effect, it just makes it look blurry, not windy. But I really can't say there is much going on...
