It could have ended without the explosion though I know it's still better than Rain's MKT Fatality.
Maybe you could have made Smoke look like he was melting by editing his sprites in photoshop?

pretty cool, although i would have done a short lightning blast first to cause the smoking, then a longer, more violent blast that ends with the explosion...

Nice but i dont liked when Rain gave him a super low/weak punch and he fall down. 8/10

I hate the way Rain is walking, it looks like he just got raped in the ass or summtin lol. Besides that its pretty good, the light effects n stuff r cool. 3/5
