I created a fake & tried to submitted. The Fan Submissions page wouldn't accept because it was the wrong file. I made another that was a PNG, one of the accepted files, but it still wouldn't accept. What am I doing wrong?

I'm not COMPLETELY sure, but I think this may be the problem...
I'm assuming you're using Windows XP, so do this, okay? Okay.
-Click on the start menu and go to Control Panel
-Select folder options and click on the 'view' tab.
-Scroll down the box and uncheck the 'Hide extensions for known file types'
-Hit 'apply' then 'OK'.
-Find the file you want to upload and change the filetype to '.png' instead of '.PNG'
-Try uploading it again.
For some reason, MKO only accepts files that are '.png' (lowercase).
Anyway... Hope that helped.

That's exactly what was wrong. I've now submitted it so look out!
