well I don't know how to work paintshop elements, but I do know if you're only after making fakes, just find your way to Murdoink's site MKWarehouse and just use his gigantic supply of MK sprites. You can use almost any art program to put them together, even Paint. It's really not hard just a lot of copy and paste work. Hopefully that helps some, it's all I got.
