Definately needs some improvement. If you keep at it you will greatly improve. The characters body needs alot of work overall. Face needs some work. More detail. Cleaner work. Correct body proportions. I recommend you look for some sites or books to help you out. Ill give you a 3/5 for making a nice attempt.

How much time did you spend on this? Shading inconsistent, sloppy linework, incorrect proportions. Doesn't even look like the character. Why do people even bother submitting this kind of work? You didn't even draw the feet!
