How do I pallete swap?

I am really interested in doing this. How can I do it? What program do i use? Thanx!!!!!!

I do all my pallet editting in Photoshop. There I load the image and if its already in pallet form I just go to the color table and edit it, or else I convert it to indexed color and edit the pallet that way. Or, sometimes I make the pallet and then apply that to an existing image.

What programs do you have to use?

Hmmmmmmm... the pallete swap thread is a great idea wink, but it might be more appropriate for solutions to this question to go in the artist advice thread. Best not have 4 other people ask the same question in 4 new threads.
