Alright, first you have to know the pixel limit a sig is allowed to have. Then choose a reasonable size under that limit that will communicate your message or whatever.

Then in Paintshop create a new document with your desired pixel size. You will need to change your units from inches to pixels to get it right. Of course name the document.

Now opent the three seperate files you want to use to comprise your sig. Now if you havent already, you should have some sort of an idea of how you want your sig to look. Then copy whatever image(s) you want to use, and do your thing. Don't forget to test the jpeg compression to see that the file size isn't too large for photobucket or whatever service you use.
