Well... I have no idea about flash... but what I do is download GIMP from the free softwaare thread, and then make them ther. To make an animation u have to use layers.... each layer is a frame of the animation... then save it as a .gif and make SURE u chooose the animated option....

There really arent any good tutorials for generic animations. You just need to dive in head first and get your hands dirty. Hands on experimentation was my best learning tool. Good animation programs include Gimp, Flash mx, and Jasc.

OMFG you already made 2 threads about how to make a fucking animation. -_-
