save it as : subby.jpeg
replace subby with your name

Paint saves it pretty crappily, however.

If you install PowerDesk, you can right click on any BMP in explorer and then go to "Convert Picture File". You can convert between BMP, PNG, GIF, JPEG, and many other formats.

BTW, you can delete any shortcuts the installation program puts on your computer, as well as the 30-day trial notice. PowerDesk is a suite, but for some reason their image conversion feature never expires - go figure!
