How To Add Fan Made DLC For Xbox Theory

People have made Khameleon, Chameleon, etc fan made DLC. In order to use it you have to download DLC manager and extract it to your game disk for PC, but what if you extract it to a Xbox 360 or PS3 disk and add the DLC does it work? Would it work?????

First off, you must be new here. The Fan Submission forum is for fanart or fan-fics, not programming theories.

Second, those fan-made DLCs are called mods. DLCs are officially made stuff like the Klassic skins while changing a ninja into Khameleon through someone not NRS is a mod.

Third, your main question, I'm not quite sure I understand it. Do you want to put a mod into your PS3/Xbox 360? That I don't know. I know it was possible to mod a game for the PS2 but I never learned how.
