Through the realms political stuff, and as a favour for a favour, I see Daegon as an aide to Kotal Kahn (because of the type of person he is, and his situation). Kotal Kahn ingratiates with the Edenia brothers senior family, gaining their respect. Mingling with them allows him to strengthen his Outworld council, but he's being observed by the Edenian gods.

ARCADE MODE

1.“Choose your Destiny” arcade mode- this would obviously be a offline thing and Shao Khan, Onaga or whoever tf the boss is has to yell “CHOOSE YOUR DESTINY!” and you proceed to chose which way to die via Novice, Warrior, Master etc. MWUHAHAHAHAHAHA!

2. Continue screen- Instead of the usual Continue? YES/NO the count down returns MK4 style with you falling to your death hitting a bed of spikes at 0 because I really enjoyed that. Maybe this time have your opponent drag you to Shao Khan so he can throw you down the well as a nod to Annihilation lol

GAMEPLAY/FIGHTING

1. Fighting- I’m no Sonicfox or anything but I understand that the fighting mechanic for MKX has been working as far as stringing together combos and such so just expand on that and work out all of the kinks to make it even more fluid

2. Animations- I watched a series of YouTube videos where this dude literally rips NRS animations apart! I mean I knew that there was some sort of issue but I couldn’t put my finger on it so this guy did for me. This NEEDS to be addressed and fixed ASAP. It would make the game so much more satisfying to play.

3. X-Rays- they’re cool wouldn’t mind if they made a return and I wouldn’t miss them if they were gone.

4. Stage transitions- I liked the stage transitions from the MK3 days and would like to see something similar to this in MK11. Nothing over the top like the Injustice games but smooth transitions to other stages maybe above or adjacent to the stage you’re on. (Subway to Street or Shang Tsung’s palace to outside of it)

5. Death traps- I also liked the death traps from MKD only thing I would change is that when you die in a death trap the match is over making for more unpredictable battles.

6. Stage fatalites- I know I just said death traps so should there only be one over the other? Perhaps but if they go the stage fatality route I hope to see one for most if not ALL stages in MK11.

7. Variations- I may be in the minority here but these were ultimately useless to me and I do not want to see them return. Condense these into one complete move set instead and we are golden. Sadly these may return due to the recent focus on competitive play, balancing and things of that nature.

STAGES

1. More Stages- 14 stages for MKX was seriously underwhelming for me so maybe double it for MK11 this time. 28 stages seems fair and should be the minimum.

2. Interactive stages- this has been a cool element and should continue to be a thing. Liked it since MK4.

MUSIC

1. Back to the Roots- I think this game should go back to the roots of MK1/MK2 era where inspiration was drawn from traditional Chinese elements/sounds. (Don’t know a better way to describe this) MKX was too focused on being a movie and as a result the sound was too cinematic. I want MK to feel like MK again sound wise.

2. Juke box- there’s a juke box in Tekken 7 where you can change the theme of the game to any of the Tekken games before it and that would be the music you hear. This is awesome and I hope NRS uses a similar feature for MK11.


I’ll probably edit this as more ideas come to me.

This is a brilliant idea. Maybe Shao Kahn and Dark Raiden as the new deadly alliance? Holy shit that's a good idea. Straight up sequel to deadly alliance. MK:DA2 :)

I think the Deadly Alliance (title) thing was just a one off. If there was another boss pairing like that, as the theme, it should be called something else, because it would be a different situation altogether.

Stryker could be enrolled by his constabulary and OIA to work on a case over the disappearance of Sonya, as a impermanent bounty hunter. Cassie (being a sergeant in the Special Forces) can relate to law-abiding, Special Riot Control and the NYPD, so they click. Cassie becomes his colleague in enforcement as she investigates, to get a higher rank. This could be her next move to grow out of being a 'kombat kid', while still being a trooper/PC. Jacqui seemed that little bit more militant whereas Cassie doesn't take things too seriously and has a sense of humour.

I want Meat to take Mileena's place as one of the most prosperous to come out of the lab, that is the Pits. With his creator Shang Tsung gone, he searches for Skarlet because she knows what Meat was meant to be, when finished. This is because they come from the same place but have different beginnings. Little does Meat know, he was just meant to be another standard guard of the Dark Prison, much like the unlimited guards that come from the Soul Chamber.

After crossing paths (traversing) in the Netherrealm or Outworld, Meat relies on Quan Chi's type of (necromancy) sorcery to give him flesh, which Meat strongly desired. In exchange, Quan Chi insists for information on the whereabouts of Shang Tsung and his experimentation formulas. Quan Chi is impressed by this and sees it as beneficial, now the revenants are independant.

With Shinnok's Spire abandoned Meat now calls this place home.

(And yes I know Quan Chi is supposed to be inanimate).

I’d like to see an expanded story mode that gives players a greater variety of stuff to do, things to earn and unlock, etc; a perfect marriage of a beefed up konquest mode and a more expansive story mode,with elements of Shaolin Monks, an RPG-like progression, tons of unlockables etc. No more fight, watch cutscene, fight. There should still be a ton of story cutscenes, but there should also be a ton of other elements from optional side quests to kurrency to brawler sequences, giving the player a wide variety that keeps throwing new and fun ideas at you as the story unfolds.

I’d also like to see multi-stage transitions return, but I’d want them to be more natural looking. Like a throne room over a dungeon or a hillside next to a pier. Not, ya know, hell and a street above that you get punched up to.

Let’s also get some variety in super moves. We’ve seen X-Rays twice now. Maybe we get some new moves that we can use meter for?

For variations, I’d say drop it to two, but make them completely different in terms of special moves.

Lastly, here’s the roster I’d want:

Now Kitana is sinister she allows Mileena's soul to be reborn in the infamous fifth plane of the Netherrealm, then transferred to Nekros Palace Dungeons. Mileena seems different as her takartan features appear to be gone, probably due to devilry. So the imperatrix Kitana now accepts Mileena as her non-identical twin, (which Mileena wanted) only because she disapproves of mutants.

Well Having a storyline that involves Bi-Han, Sareena and Noob Saibot.

I am not having Kuai Lang due to Bi-Han.

Noob Saibot:

Abilities:
Shadow Mimicry(has variations of Bi-Han, Kano and Scorpion)
Demon Possession(some of his abilities has an Quan Chi Flavor that is able to control enemies)
Shadow Mastery(has all of his iconic abilities in addition some borrowed abilities of Bi-Han, Kano and Scorpion with an unique flavor)


Bio: After being Removed by Sareena from Bi-Han, Saibot learns that Reiko had taken over the Brother of Shadowhood in his stead. Looking for potential allies within the Brother and outside to retake the Brotherhood of Shadow. Mildly Jealous of Sareena's affection towards the Freed Bi-Han and he is considering killing Sareena to get to Bi-han.
Becomes a Target of the Brothers of the Shadow due to Reiko ridding potential Rivals and serving the Dragon King in Nether-realm.


Bi Han:

Abilities:
Cryomancy
Ninjutsu
Cloak(learning how to use shadows to turn invisible)
Combat Mastery(his time as a Lin Kuei and Brother of Shadow; he learn many abilities in addition to his slide)


Bio: After being freed by Sareena, Bi-Han acknowledges that Kuai Lang earn the Title of Sub Zero when Kuei Lang reformed the Lin Kuei. Learning that Reiko while in the Nether-realm is reforming the Brothers of the Shadow and targeting Outworld and Earth Warriors for Onaga. Cautious with Saibot potential rivalry with him.
Seeing that Raiden allied with Scorpion and his clan, he observes if they will be either allies or enemies against the Brothers of the Shadow.



Sareena:

Abilities:
Combat Mastery
Ninjutsu
Daggers
Cloak


Bio: After freeing Bi-Han from Noob Saibot, She and Bi-Han finds that Onaga is reborn and allied with Reiko and the Brothers of Shadow in the Nether-Realm. Learning what is Onaga's end goal and taking his allies out within the Nether-Realm. Cautious about Saibot due to her freeing Bi-Han from him. Realizing that Reiko is targeting her, Bi-Han and Saibot, she finds Ashrah with her Demon Slaying Sword.

Something going down with Stryker and kingpin brawler Kobra, as they were both the only known born and bred New Yorkers in MK. Committing crimes in Karate contests like manslaughter got him on the run. He seized trophies from The Chamber of Artifacts. (I try not to contemplate the timelines for MK11).

A disciplined humbled Shao Kahn finds out he has his own small-scale race, known as the Kahnum. The name was emulated by many including Mileena, who thought it had a different monarchical meaning, but it's actually a tamed race. Shao Kahn is chastened by this uncovering.
