Well i wish you luck finding people to help,i would 4 sure but im just a little busy with or things.The only thing i could do 4 you is make concept sprites 4 you to base chars off of,until i get my work done anyway.

Here's the problem with this thing:

Making character sheets is hard. Especially if it's supposed to be high quality.
There aren't a lot of people with the talent to do this, nor the time.
The few people that are able to do it can only do it as a hobby, for fun.
They probably have ideas that they themselves consider cool.
Why would they create characters based on your vision and your ideas?
Basically from what I understand you want to be the brains behind a great new game.
That's awesome and all, but really unless you're so brilliant that everyone will really think your ideas are way better than theirs, I don't see anyone giving this project a try.

Vash_15: mkp is in a short description an update for umk3 with some things from previous game. a true trilogy..

Zentile: you are partially right, but as i said before i want some NEW characters so this is the good part. if talented people want to make a new character can show a sprite or two and explain me the general idea for that char.

i want to implent some "real time" stuff, some events in certain times or play at day or at night and that happens in the game too
more interactive enviroments and other stuff.

anyways, i'll make a new char or two i guess

Very true. Even with lazy corner cutting, sprite sheets are exercise in tedium, and frustration. Then again, what's that saying about an artist's tortured mind?
