I have some GIF sprites...not alot of good ones, but I need a Photo Program, and I've downloaded about 6-7 so far, and then deleted them. but I still have them in the Recycle Bin (Easy Peg, Power Desk, and that one tabmok99.mk5.org/pd98thisthingisdisabled.exe)

And plus I need some sprites, but Im just starting, and Im trying to get some of my own. But yeah. If someone can tell me how to use a Photo program, I would be most thankful.
