No offense, but that doesn't look like Jade at all. The main problem is the width of her face. Needs to be slimmer. It's an alright start though. You definitely have the potential to draw and make it better. Keep trying.

It's not a bad drawing, that's for sure, but the as everyone else has said, that doesn't look like Jade. Her face is a lot slimmer, and, well, that's about it. Have to trim down the cheeks.
