I like it how you made it on Paint, yet the blood isn't single coloured! How is this possible?!
I hope others learn from this simple, yet effective fake.

When using the colors, just double click them and get different shades of green from the arrow dealie.

Few things:

Lifebars are filling up the wrong way (specificly Scorpion's).
Reptile is lying a bit too far up the screen, i.e. the floor doesn't match. If you look where Scorpion is standing and where Reptile is lying, it doesn't match up.
The green blood is fine, but I don't think there's quite enough of it, after all, his head has been ripped/pulled off with a spear here.
I can't really think of a reason why Reptile's head would be facing the way it is. If anything I would've expected it to face toward Scorpion, especially as that is the way that Reptile fell down (backward).
The spear iteslf looks a bit odd. It's almost right angled at certain points.

Still better than your others, but a little boring really.
Anyhow, 6.5/10?

Hmm, not everyone knows the way each lifebar fills up. I'm not aiming for maximum realism, using the current headless sprites would get even a lower rate and I'm not gonna go for that. The reason for how he's so far back is, he has muscle spasms, like the way a chicken does when his head is cut off, he did that and ended back over there.

I know, but usually, when 'some people' make fakes in Paint and decide to use their own blood, they just draw some single coloured red lines with the brush.
