Essentially, some guy is talking trash about the Black Dragon, and Kano threatens to throw the man, and he tries to throw him, only to throw nothing but air. Twice. The man leaves and says "Ahh, forget it" on his way out, and Kano, sulking, says to himself, "Some day I'll get my own game."

Essentially, this is the source footage from Mortal Kombat 1, now being shown with more frames per second, and technically more dots per inch. Many lost, or so far never used, frames of animation are used, but yes, this is the real Kano from MK1, not some imitator.
