It's good, but it would look better if you scanned it. Some areas of the drawing seem to be glowing. I'm guessing that's because it reflected the flash of the camera. That makes it kind of hard to see the details.

You got Sindel pretty much perfect. However, Kitana's hand looks less detailed and realistic than the rest of the picture. Come to think of it, the fan could also use a little work.

That's just some criticism if you wanted it. I'm impressed with everything else, especially Sindel's head. The proportions look really good on her head and the details are also very good. I think you should work towards that quality for any future works you might do. Overall, I give this 4/5, and you're on your way to a perfect score from me.
