Pro: Perspective is excellent. And so is proportion. And you didn't oversize her chest which is great! Plus the pose is very nice.

Con: The body lacks femininity. She needs curves to add to her beauty. She looks quite anorexic. I would say slope her shoulders and give her more shapely hips and thighs and this would be really beautiful.
