I like it, clever stuff. Good graphics, too. 8/10

Good job, Arctic. I really like the style of your sprite comics. Simple, yet original and clever. 4/5.

Well, I already discussed this at length with Nemesis316 in the IRC chan, but I'll jump in here.
I definitely appreciate the effort here, but like the other strips, I actually think what little gag is here, falls pretty flat.
I couldn't quote a source, but I actually have seen something very similar to this, perhaps with slightly better set-up.
I think my problem with these strips probably comes down to that.
The overall gag probably has some potential, but the execution needs a bit more of a spin on it. The set-up could probably be a little less forthcoming, because it feels like the ending should be a punchline, but contextually they aren't.
I like the effort, and I would certainly agree quality of image isn't a problem.
The sprites are all laid out well and coherrently without pixelation or muddy effects. Maybe a little stagnant in the flat presentation, but not unreasonable given the nature of the scene.
Actually, dealing with both the 2D quality of it, and the structure, it might even do well with an edit to cut down the length.
I couldn't give it the surprisingly large scores that it's already gotten, and I do question the sincerity of those, but it's not bad.
"Clever," not so much...
EDIT: Also, has there every been any kind of verification that Cyrax is actually Afro-American? I remember this being debated at length after MKDA, but I've never been of that persuasion. I put it down to a tan, and some ambiguous CG rendering.

No, it's true.
Yeah, the funny is still missing. You seem to either reveal too much of the joke, or nothing at all. I did get it (I hope). Jax got metal arms, impressed Sonya, but now there's a guy who's ALL metal and thus more impressive than Jax. Not explicit enough or funny enough though.
Still, good job and I hope you do more so you can get better. I think you have potential to make some really good ones soon. 7/10
