It's called a shadow bann, the combined sizes of both sig and avvy shouldn't exceed 120kb. (thats -Crow-'s policy)
Make the size of your avatar and sig smaller and I'm sure the moderators will remove it.
Also, PMing us when you've changed your avatar/signature would be nice, too. You can PM me when you've replaced them and I'll remove the ban.

my computer is broken (im now upstairs and this has slow internet)
