I have a few things to say. One is WTF? The hat thrown is going in the wrong direction, The torso is basically dragged off the body, and the scorpion sprite(both halves) seems messed up. And why did you use MKII sprites and an MKIII background? And how could Kung throw the second hat? He's not even in a throwing position and it dosn't look like he even threw it. 1.5/5

Heh.. atleast you tried some editing.. the gore effects are better.. and the overall presentation of the fake is better. Still not very high-tier work though.

I like the scorpion sprite. Did you make it?
Cool idea.
The editing of the background is good.
The hat is going backwards. If you flipped the hat it would look better.
The scorpion upper body is falling off the lower half as if it was pushed off, rather than being sliced through the middle of his body.
The background should be MKII and not MK3. If possible, make the background darker

The skyline, and Scorpion's lower half are alright.

The rest is just, WTF?

Here are a few things that were weird about the picture:
1.)Kung Lao having 2 hats?
2.)How Scorpion is falling apart.
Overall the picture looks quite decent, I like the background, the sprites, etc. You did a fairly nice job with everything else other than how Scorpion falling is apart.

Scorpion's body has just moved, but theres no blood droping from it.

the bank looks dark, like night, but its in daytime. ( edit: i see its only the top part now)

as said, hat is i wrong direction.

they are at the complete bottom, not like in mk 1-4

i dont like the Push start on both life bars, but the concept gets you a 2/5

yeah, what's the deal with the two "Press Starts" above the health bars. Unless you're trying to make it look like its a demo that they always show us in the games if we don't press any button to play, then that's creative... but other than that it's all discombabalated. meh, i'll give you a 2.5/5 for trying at least.
