Sorry about the corny intro. Anyhow:
It's Subby, basically doing Frost's fatality from MKDA. But I tried to get the animation spot on (and I upgraded to arcade sprites smile ).

Uh, btw, it's 5.9 megabytes (sorry!).

Very nice job! You just keep getting better and better! Are you working on a new intro movie for your site at all? Those are always your best work!

Thanks.
Yes I am, I've got all the stuff, now I just need to work out who's going to attack who and when. But I'm getting there!

Excellent + Outstanding, you have done allot, how long does it take for you to create another one(average) with your experience?
wow

Wish it took me less time! grin

Uh, depends really. This one took me about 2-3 hours in total (sure didn't feel like it though!).
Getting the sprites is the most boring bit, animating it is the best part but is definately the most time consuming.

And I sure wish I had more experience! I've only tried them since October last year.
And I'm going to be quiet now until a few replies come in wink

awesome! it would be perfect if there was blood when subby kicks him for my opinion.
i love how the ice breaks! 9.5/10

btw because of the part that you need to rip the sprites i decided to stop making animations. =( i cant cut so many sprites it's annoying as hell. EDIT: oh, and i just noticed that when reptile is getting frozen there is a "square" around him.

I don't know where that came from, but either way, I removed it, I think, lol.

Wow that is so nice. It runs real smooth. I also like how reptile looks when he is getting frozen. Also i was wondering how u get ur spirtes? Do u cut them out of screenshots of an emulator or summtin?

I am glad to see you upgraded to arcade sprites :D
Very good work. Only thing I would say is the timings are ever so slightly out but that could just be down to it being a gif.
You could get the file size way down and not lose muc quality. I would guess you could have an almost identical version for under 1MB. I don't know what settings offhand but I am fairly sure it is possible. I'll see if I can get your animation smaller.

I have just put your animation through a few programs and got it down to 1.59 MB. It runs faster than the original but I don't know if that was something I did by mistake or what, all the frames are still there.
Just by opening it in Image Ready then saving it I got 1Mb off it and that looks identical to the original. Image Ready is an animation program with Photo Shop. I opened this new version in Flash then saved it and it went down to 1.59MB, again looking identical but running ever so slightly faster and it isnt v synced. I don't know why this is.

Anyway...

That's cool.
I haven't got Image Ready or Photoshop, so I wouldn't know about that, but I might put it through flash, that's not a bad idea.

I did try Animation Shop 3, that comes with Paint Shop Pro, however, it got it down to 3MB, but it was like two times slower, so I just said stuff it, Ill use the original.

Thanks 4 the info.

Well, according to Ace21, I am only supposed to like my fakes and MaxDam's... so I'll go ahead and say I don't like, even though it's an awesome animation.

Nice job, I mean... it sucks.

Ahh yes, the old blood and frozen combo, lol.
I'm not so sure. I mean when Subby performs his deep freeze, EVERYTHING inside the opponent should freeze as well, including the blood.
As well, in all icy fatalities in the games(including Frost's), I don't believe there is any blood with them (Except maybe one in MK3, but MK3's fatalities are just plain weird).

And thank you all for the comments smile

*remembers mk3 fatalities. Hundreds of arms coming out of the same person.*
true dat.
But btw, I forgot to mention, I think Reptile's torso should shatter into more pieces of ice.
