Well, let me start off by saying that you've improved much since your last piece. 
Okay, now for the drawing. The lip is too much too the left. The crotch seems... square, it should be a little rounder, it looks sharp. (Yeah, I looked... SO WHAT! It's fro the critique.
) The eyes are spread farther then they should be, but I won't mark you for that. The figure is excellent! Nice pose too.
Overall... 4/5
