First of all you shouldnt use those crappy MK 1 or 2 renders, you
did use the MKD Raiden render but it also looks crappy because the
render isnt ripped on the right way. Everywhere on the render I see those ugly edges, you should rip the render better. Also the text doesnt really fit with the renders and the background. Well, here ́s my advice: Do not put MK 1, 2 or 3 renders togetter with a MKDA or MKD render, unless you can make some really good effects to get them fixed togetter.
Work on that and you ́ll sure become better in making sigs.

Well you told me to rate it, and that's what I did. It honestly looks like you did this in 2 minutes.

It's ok if you used paint and word. If I were you I would look into getting Photoshop sometime soon though. I would give it 5/10 cause you used Paint and Word.
