This is a huge improvement. While the coloring could use work, and there is some room for improvement here and there in the facial features, but it's a good portrait. She's a tad too 'cosmetic' looking for my tastes, but that is more of a personal preference thing and has little effect on the quality of the work. Good yob... Good yob.
