Okay, I went through a lot of crap trying to get this picture uploaded.
When I got it uploaded, the black colors were recognized as transparent, so to get rid of the normal .gif file color palette, I had to put this together to make an "animation". When I got this uploaded and checked on it, I saw the image, but when I got back, you had to download the thing. So, I uploaded it again and snatched the image url and here's the image.

If you don't get it, Reptile spits acid into a fighter named Khan's face and it slowly sinks in.
By the way, Khan is a character from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure.
I can see it. It's cool but it needs some work. For example, the background is too plain.

I can see this as well, it's kind of cool and goes with your usual unique style so that's good. I'm not sure why but I like that Reptile lol, but I'd try to change the background it just seems a little random.

Since when is sucking at Paint a unique style? Seriously, I'm not trying to be a dick or anything, it just looks like something a 7 year old made. The background looks pretty half-assed, and so does the fatality.

Oh, it does work. Ahh, nevermind.
Thanks for the advice.
Yeah, I was a little lazy so I just drew my own Reptile.
However, the background was not finished because when I was creating it, I had to go somewhere and I never got around to it.
