I half rendered, half painted these pictures. The first is regular old Mileena, but the second is the "beautiful" one that may or may not surface after MKA:

I can imagine good Mileena look without the mask, but I couldn't think of her with clean teeth

This is an improvement over the Kitana pic you did! She's pretty smokin' and more feminine than that Kitana pic. My advice would be to smooth out the edges of her skin against the background.
