A few issues,

Her eyes seem a bit crooked if you're trying to look at the position the head is in.

Her boobs are WAY too big... even though I'm pretty sure not everyone is going to find that as an issue.

Her left leg just looks all weird when you're trying to make it look like its raised

And I don't really get why the rest of her arms are there. You could have put the rest of her arms in to make us know it is Mileena, rather than some random female character that's halfway drawn.

It's decent, but like with the Kitana picture, it's just too plain and dull.
