Well, the background is o-kay, but the cheap bevel and glow on the text ruins it pretty much all.

Ditto, you're relying too heavily on basic layer effects. Learn some psycho-ass techniques like BlackErmac.

Pretty what BE said. I dont like the belevel and the colour of the outer glow.
