Jet Li for Kung Lao, i've always wanted that, and it fits him so well too.
Wesley Snipes looks good as Jax too.

Russell Crowe looks alright for Kano, but I would have had Jason Statham, then you've got the accent as well.
I would of had James Marsden as Johnny Cage as well.

The lui kang one is good too.
