An armored up Kotal Kahn? Looks pretty sweet, especially since you managed to do it in paint. If you want something easier though, there's paint shop pro and some other open source paint software that enable layers, transparency, and the magic wand select tool (which really helps a lot with cutting and pasting parts from one picture to the other).

There are few slightly jagged cuts here and there which can be expected from paint. Also his hands and face are different colors (I'm pretty sure some of the open source software has color swap tools too if you wanna give a shot at changing it up).

Overall, it's pretty cool and I think you did a good job. There's no way I could do that with Paint.

What you've done is pretty good, especially if you used Paint.
I guess after becoming ruler, he's gonna have to step up with some sort of armor to protect himself from those who seek to over throw him..
