I did this in Photoshop (it was a pain) and i finally finished it lol what do you think?

Excellent job dude! This animation is awesome!
The smoke effect you had over... smoke was cool! Kept it rolling through the whole thing. You could've made the animation more long and smooth though, that away you can tell what is going on. And why is Shang morphing... when a fatality is being pulled? Cool job dude!

great concept, you should add sound and Lifebars and leave a pause before he pulls shang to pieces.

Hes morphing because he wasnt expecting a fatality lol, and the smoke around smoke still looks weird to me, but im glad you like it, i just started animating not too long ago, i have to use photoahop, because i dont have any other programs, but if anyone has a request id be happy to try and make it, i really enjoy making ninja fakes, especially around the Mk1 and Mk2 era.
