MK2 Tremor Fatality Animation
Here is my second animation:
Fatality
There are some little things I know I need to work on, but I consider this animation to be much better than my last one.
If I were to redo this animation, the rock detail on the spike would be more consistent, I would have created the rock animation before, instead of editing each frame as I went along. My blood detail needs work too, needs a steady pattern, and a few other little things, but I'm learning as I go along

Whoa ho!
When you said MK2 fatality the very first thing I thought was why the hell are we on an MK1 background with an MK3 Sheeva - and then the statues fell down and I was like - that's creative
.
However, doesn't explain MK3 Sheeva which, just on the basis that the sprites in MK3 are of higher quality than MK2, ruins the illusion a lil bit.
I love the idea a LOT, with destroying the background - I almost want to say to you do it on other stages and see what happens (like in the pit 2 having the second bridge in the background with hornbuckle and blaze completely crumpling sending them both to their deaths in the debris etc.)
For me there was a little too much blood but thankfully the statues makes a nice distraction from that at the right time.
The earth coming out of the ground is, I think, better when it comes out, but when the dirt settles (?) or whatever its doing it doesn't look as good.
The lifebars are pants, but hey they had to disappear to show off the background detail so ... yeah.
Although the image quality wasn't affected by making it a streaming video, I really think this would be better as a GIF image though, or in Flash with some sounds.
8/10

By MK2 Tremor fatality, I meant Tremor, in MK2 style, doing a fatality.
This is the second animation I've ever created, so there are some flaws. I was going to edit the rock detail, as I mentioned earlier about consistency, but I excused myself my saying the detail changed because the rock was stained with blood, but I know that's bs
The reason the rock detail was off was because I edited it frame by frame, as I went along, I should have created the rock animation on the side and added it frame by frame later.
I'm learning this quickly. Before this month, I had no knowledge of animating, I downloaded GIMP and went to work on it. Nobody helped me, It's all self taught, except for pallete swapping. I learned swapping from the GIMP FAQ, but that's it.
8/10? Thats more than I expected, thank you very much
