For the record, IMG tags do not work here. In fact, many of the phpbb forum tags do not work for this board. In the future it would be wise to use the html code for image linking/hotlinking. It is < imgsrc= "http://www.yourbigsillyurlhere.com" > without the spaces.
As for the animation and sprites, they aren't the worst thing ever, but they're not consistent, which is a bad thing in terms of animation. The skin texture make the skin appear to move too much. As for the single sprites, the scales are much too large in my opinion and should be a lot cleaner.
Not very good, but you get some props for being brave enough to try and animate a character such as this though.
