My frost Costume (I realize the mask isn't exact, I originally had a mask that is like the one in the game, but it got messed up a bit so I improvised with this mask, But I will be making a better one later on) :) My Mileena Costume from Mortal Kombat 9. Not Photoshop.
I painted black around the mouth.
I made Teeth with fake fingernails,foam,and acrylic paint.
I then glued it to my face with spirit gum (yet now I know there are better glues to use). And the rest is just blending it in with makeup.
