I really liked it. The intro took a while to get to the point, and I always thought of Solomon Grundy as being bigger (more like the Hulk). But other than that, this was really well done. Spoiler alert, I thought it was epic when they showed snippet's of Grundy's past life, hinting that he was going to find the energy he needs to win -- and then he still loses! Nice.

The best part: Scorpion's lizard-creature looking EXACTLY like it did in 1995, and getting punched with green blood oozing out. Never seen that before. Something old and something new, all rolled into one. What more could a fan want?

One of the better thought-out and directed fan films I've seen. Great lens/video filtering to set the mood.

I just feel the fight choreography was a bit lacking compared to a few other fan films I've seen (but definitely better than most)... but to have a Mortal Kombat character win without a fatality is just plain insulting.
